      Hey all – sorry for the huge delay in answering your question about the strumming pattern. This pattern should do it:

      D_ D_ D_ DUDUD_ D_ DU…

      You can throw in some of the up strums in the first part, so it would be:

      D_ DUD_ DUDUD_ D_ DU…

      This is an older tutorial of mine – I’m better at explaining strumming patterns these days. I think I probably didn’t explain it very much because I didn’t know how to communicate how to play it very well back then. I used to just say, “Play it how it sounds”, which isn’t very helpful, ha.

    i love your videos! they are so helpful, but it would be nice to have the music with the chords written out to reference instead of having to watch the video whenever i want to play a song. Thanks for your ministry!
